Executive Coaching and Confidential Advisory

Strategy rarely fails on paper. It fails in the room.

Plans hold until pressure, politics and unspoken tension reach the room. I work with high-performing Directors through C-suite executives on the decisions, relationships and transitions where leadership gets tested, before the cost shows up in the results.

Operating Experience

I’ve sat where you sit.

I bring 30+ years of global business experience, most of it as an operator. My career began in banking in Vienna. I later held senior roles at Gap Inc., Burberry and Tory Burch, in San Francisco, Tokyo, Shanghai, London and New York, accountable for sales, margin and inventory.

Since 2019 I have coached and advised leaders from Director to C-suite, in more than 6,000 sessions, and I hold the ICF Master Certified Coach credential.

When Leaders Engage Me

Three moments when leadership gets harder.

Leaders usually call at a turning point, when the stakes are high and they want an outside view from someone with no stake in the outcome.

01

A new mandate

You have stepped into a bigger role or a transformation brief, and the organization is moving slower than the plan. Pushing harder is creating friction with the people you need most.

02

The next level

What made you successful (speed, expertise, driving results yourself) has started to limit you. The role now asks you to lead through others and influence where you don't have the final say.

03

The leadership team

Capable leaders, each delivering in their own area, and a team that is still slow to decide, align or tell each other the truth. The cost shows up in execution.

Here I work with you, the leader of that team. When the whole team wants to do the work together, it runs through ATTUNE Leadership →

How I Work

An operator's judgment, a coach's read of the room.

We work on what you are facing now: a decision, a relationship, a conversation that matters. Because I have carried sales, margin and inventory targets myself, I test a plan the way an operating committee would: what it assumes, who has to change for it to work, and what nobody in the room has said yet. Then I listen as a coach, for where trust is thin and why agreement in the room doesn’t turn into execution.

You work with me directly. We agree at the start what stays between us and, when your organization sponsors the work, what your sponsor sees.

You’ll know it’s working when issues surface earlier, people know what they own, and the team executes without you stepping back in.

The Impact of the Work

Leadership development matters when it changes how decisions are made, how people work together, and how leaders operate under pressure.

Client Impact · Executive Coaching

When a strong performer becomes the bottleneck

Leadership conditions: Accountability + Clarity

A high-performing Senior Director was delivering results, yet delayed difficult conversations, unclear ownership, and inconsistent accountability were limiting his ability to scale.

Through a qualitative 360 and nine months of executive coaching, he strengthened delegation, addressed performance issues earlier, and established clearer accountability across his team.

Outcome: Stronger team ownership, more consistent execution, and promotion to Vice President during the engagement.

Client Impact · Executive Alignment

Steadier in high-stakes executive meetings

A senior leader at a global technology company was managing a large international organization while navigating organizational pressure and anxiety in high-stakes executive meetings.

Over nine months, she strengthened emotional regulation, decision clarity, and her ability to distinguish systemic pressures from personal responsibility.

Outcome: Reduced executive anxiety and a voluntary transition into a more focused leadership role while preserving seniority and compensation.

Details are anonymized. The coaching worked on the behaviors described; the promotion and the role change were the clients’ own results.
