Founding Better Together

Where Strategy Meets Human Reality

Better Together Group was founded on the view that strategy usually fails in the room: in tensions nobody names, incentives that pull in different directions, and trust that erodes without anyone saying so. You work with me directly, from the first conversation to the last.

Engagements are selective. I enter each one with the humility of an outsider and the commitment of a stakeholder, listening for what isn't being said, and naming it when it matters.

My Approach

TACT™

Drawing on 30+ years of global business experience and more than 6,000 coaching sessions, I developed the ATTUNE™ Framework. TACT™ sits at its center: the four conditions I see as essential to effective leadership.

T
Trust
We feel safe and respected. We speak openly and trust that we have one another’s best interests in mind.
A
Accountability
Commitments are explicit, owned, and followed through.
C
Clarity
People know what matters, who decides, and what is expected.
T
Truth
Reality is surfaced early, especially when uncomfortable.

The full framework, including ATTUNE™ Leader and ATTUNE™ Team, is explained at ATTUNE Leadership. The self-assessments are free on the Resources page.

“Claudia has a rare ability to be both warm and direct. She builds trust quickly, and that trust is what allowed her to challenge my thinking where it really mattered. ... More importantly, she changed how I move through discomfort rather than around it.”
