Better Together Group, LLC ("we," "our," or "the practice") operates this website to provide information about the executive coaching and confidential advisory services offered by Claudia Beck, MCC. This policy explains how we handle personal information connected to this site.

Information we collect

The ATTUNE™ Leader diagnostic is free to download without giving your email, and the TACT™ Pattern Explorer is open to everyone and collects nothing. When you request the ATTUNE™ Framework one-pager or sign up for The Leadership Mirror, we ask for your email address. Any email address works. It is delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form service, and we use it to know who requested a resource and, if you ask for them, to send you The Leadership Mirror and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your email at any time. If you email us directly, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.

Introductory sessions are booked through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, Calendly collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy, and shares them with us so we can hold the conversation. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is foundational to the practice. What you share in an introductory conversation, or in a coaching or advisory engagement, stays confidential within the limits of our written agreement and the ICF Code of Ethics. You decide what to share, and with whom.

When an organization sponsors an engagement, we agree at the start what the sponsor sees: typically your development priorities and your progress at check-ins you lead. Session content, and any 360 report, stay with you unless you choose to share them.

In line with the ICF Code of Ethics, confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or to others.

Cookies, analytics and fonts

This site does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google’s servers, as it does on many websites. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

External links

This site links to attuneleadership.com, Calendly, LinkedIn, podcast platforms and YouTube, and uses Web3Forms to deliver diagnostic requests. Each is a separate site with its own privacy practices. We do not pass personal data in outbound links.

Your rights

You may request access to, or deletion of, any personal information we hold by emailing claudia.beck@bettertogethergroup.co. We will confirm and complete removal within 30 days.
